Payment Policy
If ordering via the store Checkout, you can pay using your existing PayPal account. Or, if you don't have a PayPal account, you can still pay by Credit Card using the PayPal system without needing to set up a PayPal account.
If ordering via the Contact page, Fax or Phone, you can still pay by PayPal or Credit Card. We will send you an email detailing the amount to pay to our PayPal account. You can then either pay via your existing PayPal account, or you can pay directly with Credit Card.
Alternatively, for New Zealand customers, you can pay via Direct Debit into our bank account. We will include our bank account details in the order confirmation email to you.
Full payment must be made within 48 hours from date of invoice. Otherwise, the order will be deemed void.
All prices listed are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
Shipping Policy
All items within New Zealand are sent via NZ Couriers or Castle Parcels.
Our shipping charges are as follows:
- Auckland (Rodney to Franklin): $5.00
- Rest of North Island: $10.00
- South Island: $15.00
All stock colour orders will be shipped within 3 working days.
All orders containing special colour items will be shipped within 7 working days.
Returns Policy
Quality and customer satisfaction are very important to us. We will accept returns if the items are found to be faulty or defective in any way. The customer may choose to have the defective items replaced, or to have their purchase refunded in full. We will require the goods to be returned to us before we can process the refund.
If the goods are not defective in any way, but are found to not be suitable for any reason, we will generally be happy to refund the customer the full amount, less shipping, on return of the goods to us in good condition. However, we reserve the right to refuse to accept returned goods. This will generally only be exercised for certain special colour items where the chance to resell the items is limited. Please satisfy yourself that the item is suitable for your application before requesting a non-standard colour. We are happy to discuss your specific requirements via phone (+64 9 443 0038) or email prior to your placing of the order.
